§ 1 Scope, customer information

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Grützner GmbH and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods in our shop. Opposing or deviating from our terms and conditions are not accepted by us. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion

(1) The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.

In a telephone order the purchase contract is concluded, if your offer is accepted by us immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 Customer Information: store your order data

§10 return or return of purchased items, as well as packaging and handling of purchased items (only for purchaser or recipient from the EU - European Union)

Goods that do not comply with their receipt the above criteria will not be taken back and the purchase price plus shipping costs are not refundable.

In your own interest, we recommend to send the goods as an insured parcel with sufficient indication of value. The Post (DHL) liable for the loss only at sufficiently insured shipments.

§ 11 Reclamation

If there are any reasons for a reclamations of the delivered items you have to send this with photos inbetween fo 24 hours ofter receiving the goods to shop@ambientes.de. Reclamations which will be received after this time will not be accepted. Damaged shipping packaging must be reported to the shipping company immediately and refuse to accept the goods.

§12 Commercial Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes from this contract is our place of business.

§ 13Severability

If any provision of this contract (terms and conditions) is not wholly or partly legally effective or lose their legal validity later, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
